Abstract

Reply to your comment: "Dear Juliette, This looks to me very much like a request for an increased file count from 2 million files in your current project Berzelius-2025-353 to 5 million files. It that a correct interpretation? If yes, then I can increase the file count from 2 million to 4 million directly on Berzelius-2025-353 instead. Please resubmit the proposal answering my question or with an explain of your intention with the proposal. Best regards, Peter Münger, NSC" Yes, please, we would like the same GPU allocation as before but with a higher file number capacity. We were already at the limit of our current file count with our current projects, but added a new post doc to the lab, who will also use the resources and contribute to more files. Thank you! The CMCB lab's research focuses on AI model development for microscopy image analysis. Our input data sets typically consist of high content images, super resolution and/or cell painting. The group has a particular interest in both graph neural networks and interpretability. We aim at deciphering complex cellular processes from these single cell inputs, with implication in diagnosis, drug development and disease studies.
