Abstract

This will be a continuation of the project NAISS 2025/5-296 in which we use Tetralith. That project ends on June 1st, but we will need to run experiments in the project Dispatching Areas: Combinations and Design (DACoD), financed by Trafikverket during June, because the PhD student in DACoD, Rabii Zahir, will submit his last papers for his thesis in June/July, and we need to be able to properly run with Gurobi. Hence, adding this local resource for ensuring that we do not get hampered by the move to Arrhenius during June was a support recommendation. In the DACoD project, we will continue our work on shift scheduling for train dispatchers, with a focus on two specific aspects: - The endorsement structure of train dispatchers, that is, the qualification for which dispatching areas different dispatchers should have - The partition of an area into dispatching areas
