Abstract

The Johansson group focuses on structure and function of transmembrane protein complexes including G protein-coupled receptors and transporters. Cryo-EM is a powerful tool which allows for the successful three-dimensional structures of these protein complexes. Currently, we're pursuing about seven structure determination projects within the group and our data are collected at the SciLifeLab Cryo-EM facilities in Stockholm and Umeå and we aim to use CryoSparc through the PreSTO program to process these data.
