Abstract

The CMCB lab's research focuses on AI model development for microscopy image analysis. Our input data sets typically consist of high content images, super resolution and/or cell painting. The group has a particular interest in both graph neural networks and interpretability. We aim at deciphering complex cellular processes from these single cell inputs, with implication in diagnosis, drug development and disease studies.
