Abstract
This project aims to support the development and optimization of workflows for both target and nontarget analysis using data generated from TWIMS-qToF-DIA instrumentation within the Tema M laboratory. To facilitate continued method development and testing, substantial data storage on Sigma is required. Specifically, approximately at least 500 GiB of raw data storage is needed for target analysis datasets, and 1 TB for nontarget calculations. These datasets are essential for evaluating algorithm performance, refining data processing pipelines, and ensuring reproducibility in environmental and analytical chemistry research. The project contributes to advancing automated and high-resolution data interpretation strategies in complex sample matrices.
