Abstract
Machine learning models can be used to complement experimental data and proved to be a powerful tool to aid to solve and validate structures and dynamics of proteins. By combining machine learning with experimental data, they can prove previously unexplained changes and behavior in proteins.
We have developed and published a new AI tool called cryoSPHERE for analysis of cryoEM data. For this project, we would like to reuse our published code cryoSPHERE (https://openreview.net/forum?id=n8O0trhost) and apply it to various real-life datasets, which should gain us a deeper understanding of these systems. On top of that, we would like to improve and refine our code by tackling other parts in the cryoEM pipeline, such as particle picking.
