Abstract

I am planning to download and analyze the high frequency field NEON data using R studio with the help of HCP. The NEON data include half-resolution soil moisture, soil temperature and co2 concentration data for 48 sites lasting for more than 6 years. Each site have at least 5 replicates and more than 10 vertical depth. So that the data mount is too huge for R studio, and HCP will be needed to facilitate data downloading as well as computation into co2 flux data.
