Abstract

The PReSTO core team at NSC, representatives from the National Cryo-EM facilities (Cryo-EM Unit at SciLifeLab), as well as from the Cryo-EM research community are working on setting up a service for Cryo-EM data processing on Berzelius. Many Cryo-EM data processing tools make use of GPUs, so Berzelius is a particularly suitable system for this. We have been working on this Cryo-EM installation since 2022 and have had a similar project in the past (Berzelius-2023-235). This allocation would be used to install and test software for Cryo-EM research at Berzelius.
