Abstract
The world is currently facing an environmental and energy crisis. Especially the rational use of clean energy (solar energy) and the reduction of altitude. Hydrogen-bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) are a new type of porous material that has been applied in the field of photocatalysis. However, the photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide by HOFs is less studied. Further research is needed to investigate the properties and mechanisms involved. We are conducting research on the photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide using HOFs. We want to understand the excited state optical properties of the photocatalyst, the intermediate transition state from carbon dioxide to carbon monoxide, the interaction between carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide and the photocatalyst, etc. This will guide, predict and analyze the research mechanism of photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide by HOF materials, and provide guidance for solving environmental and energy problems.
