Abstract
In this project, we aim to perform graphical analysis of a DNA network, formed through chemical and biochemical reactions of DNA. The analysis relies on cuGraph, a CUDA-based graph analysis library that requires Nvidia GPUs for efficient processing.
Initially, I applied for access to the PDC Dardel-GPU, but I recently discovered that its GPUs are AMD, which are not compatible with cuGraph. Therefore, to carry out the graphical analysis, I will need to use Tetralith, which provides the necessary Nvidia GPU resources.
