Abstract
In a collaboration with Purdue University, we added functionality to their pump simulation tool. We have received files to run these simulations as well. However, as the simulation includes details of lubrication interfaces which solve Reynolds equations and are modeled with FEM, the simulations require a lot of computational resources. Therefore, I would like to use the supercomputer to be able to try out different parameters to optimise our pump design in a reasonable time.
