Decoding CNS gene expression regulation
Abstract
This project aims to elucidate the mechanisms of gene regulation during spinal cord development through the integration of single-cell transcriptomics and epigenomics data. By leveraging advanced machine learning models, we will analyze the gene expression profiles and epigenetic modifications at the single-cell level. This approach allows for the identification of key regulatory genes and pathways, contributing to a deeper understanding of the molecular dynamics involved in spinal cord development.
