Abstract

There is currently an ongoing world-wide benchmark of protein structure prediction methods (CASP16). Here, we benchmark the methods that we have developed during the past year on Berzelius. The benchmark has started but will continue for the next two months. In CASP16, we get blind sequences to do prediction on. In CASP15 our method was ranked the highest so we have to defend our position. This application is to enable us to run our newest sampling methods, during the summer. It is only for two months. We will of course use our existing allocation, but I foresee that this will not be enough. In particular since some of the prediction task need to be handed within 72 hours.
