Abstract
Magnetism underlies much of the activity and dynamics of
the solar atmosphere. The
physics of the solar atmosphere is complex, encompassing the
interaction of (polarised) radiation and matter,
magneto-hydrodynamics and plasma physics.
Understanding the observations in terms of physics
thus requires intricate theoretic modeling. This project is part of "Physics of the solar atmosphere" (proposal ) The aim of applying for the time before the decision is taken is to
use the best of our time with developers of the GPU version of the code which we have not run before and maximize the usage of Dardel in the future.
