Abstract

The SWEEPICS project is an EU project which will develop a new type of microscope. I will benchmark the SWEEPIC microscope towards state of art light microscopes, including the light sheet microscope. The light sheet microscope will generate a large amount of single images that need to be stitched. I will need the HPC to accelerate the image-stitching process.
