Abstract

Tumor heterogeneity has long been an issue in cancer treatment. The wider degree of heterogeneity within tumor generally leads to worse treatment outcomes. In our project, on the computational side, we are looking into tumor heterogeneity at single-cell resolution. Our project involves processing the single cell transcriptomics data along with developing some algorithms to quantify heterogeneity.
