Abstract
The PReSTO core team at NSC, representatives from the National Cryo-EM facilities (Cryo-EM Unit at SciLifeLab), as well as from the Cryo-EM research community are working on setting up a service for Cryo-EM data processing on Berzelius. Many Cryo-EM data processing tools make heavy use of GPUs, so Berzelius is a particularly suitable system for this. We are also planning a workshop aimed at getting more Cryo-EM researchers started with data processing on Berzelius, which is tentatively scheduled for late November.
