Abstract

Cryo-EM is a powerful technique that allows for the determination of the three-dimensional structure of macromolecules, including GPCRs. There are many structures of GPCR dimers in various conformations, the inactive state, the active state, and the intermediate states along the activation pathway, that are solved by cryo-EM. The project aims to determine the structure of GPCR heterodimer with ligands using cryo-EM. We did data collection at the SciLifeLab Cryo-EM facility and use Cryosparc through the PreSTO program to process the data.
