Abstract

Using computational methods, we will analyze newspaper archives to assess how the discourse around sex and sexual relations, has changed in Sweden from the years 1900 to 2020. In doing so we will map and identify how a shared understanding of sex, sexuality, and relationships has changed over time in Swede by tracking how epochs of normative views regarding sex, sexuality, and relationships have emerged and disappeared.
