Abstract

The PReSTO project and representatives from the National Cryo-EM facilities (Cryo-EM Unit at SciLifeLab) as well as from the Cryo-EM research community are working on setting up a service for Cryo-EM data processing on Berzelius. Many Cryo-EM data processing tools make heavy use of GPUs, so Berzelius is a particularly suitable system for this.
