Abstract

The PReSTO project and representatives from the National Cryo-EM facilities (Cryo-EM Unit at SciLifeLab) as well as from the Cryo-EM research community are developing and delivering a workshop to get users started with the PReSTO-Cryo-EM@Berzelius service for Cryo-EM data processing. The aim is to run the workshop in March 2022, but preparations possibly including a large number of benchmark jobs should start as soon as the PReSTO stack has been installed on Berzelius. Initially, we will start with benchmarking data transfers from various Cryo-EM facilities to Berzelius.
