Abstract
In this study, the degree of orientation in biomass material (mainly, cellulose or lignin based material) is studied for elucidation of relationship between their physical properties. A quantitative analysis needs the parameter of molecular frame from calculation chemistry, and NMR experimental data. I conduct experimental part and the calculation of chemical anisotropy of biomass molecules for orientation in the biomass material using density-functional theory (DFT).
These result is supposed to contribute the development of the high performance biomass material.
