As reported by IPCC, climate warming is an indisputable fact, especially in high-mountain areas and high-latitude regions. Nowadays, the CORDEX models have been extensively used in high mountain areas. However, there are significant discrepancies in the climate variables and climate change variability, when compared with in site observations and other regional climate models. The reasons behind these have been partly interpreted but far beyond what was anticipated. To explore these in-depth and achieve the goal, my proposal is conducting the high-resolution simulation over a slightly large domain using a regional climate model and is going to compare the results with a couple of CORDEX models, including the historical and two future scenarios.
