Abstract

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials have been the focus of several researchers ‎since the first study on lead halide perovskite as light absorber in solar cells. However, despite the extensive research efforts, these solar cells remain with limited ‎stability and are highly sensitive to humidity. This issue can be tackled by using colloidal ‎quantum dots (CQDs) which show an improved stability in water. ‎We need to calculate which material is stable to be used for efficient solar cells.
