Abstract

In this project, we will investigate the association between genetic variation and chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression using data from next-generation sequencing of RNA and DNA from chemotherapy-treated samples. The overall aim is to get a better understanding of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression and to construct prediction models for toxicity in patients.
