Abstract

Together with my supervisor Anna Eklöf, I investigate the usage of Bayesian network modelling in the ecological context. Species acts as nodes in these networks, and the links connecting them represent interactions. We are interested in finding the probability of survival for each species, under the influence of different kinds of pressure (for example fishing of a particular species).
