Abstract

We are developing new Bayesian MCMC algorithms for phylogenetic problems. The SNIC resources will be needed primarily for empirical tests of new tree topology proposals targeting medium to large phylogenetic problems (200 to 1000 taxa; 3000 to 20000 sites). We will also be using the resources to run large phylogeny-based problems using our new software, RevBayes.
