General PhD research project for WASP funded student
Abstract
This project supports the general PhD studies and compute related research projects of the WASP funded Phd student Daniel Gedon. It relates to this two research interests: (1) self-supervised methods and their properties as well as (2) classification of ECG recordings with deep learning based models. For the latter Berzelius would only be used with non-sensitive data.
Meeting the goals of this project supports the successful graduation the WAS funded PhD student as well as the advancement of (1) understanding of self-supervised methods and (2) decision support tools for medical doctors in cardiovascular related decisions.
