Abstract
In our projects, we collaborate in highly interdisciplinary teams that have the necessary understanding of experimental technologies and ability to formulate pertinent medical questions, and we contribute competence to develop probabilistic models, design machine learning algorithms, and implement them on a wide range of HPC hardware and frameworks.
Aside from devising computational methods, we also apply our methods to data generated in collaborative projects as well as collaborate with other cutting-edge single cell groups.
