Abstract

We are building a collection of 30 and 40 nt oligonucleotides, which will represent an invaluable resource for the design of FISH probes against DNA and RNA targets, both in human (GRCh19 and GRCh38). To this end, the identification of putative off-targets (i.e., a sequence homology search against genome/transcriptome) represents a crucial step of this project, although laborious and computation-intensive.
